Commercial Account Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the LB Contract Supply online store (the "Store"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Commercial Account & Online Purchasing Terms of Service (the "Agreement") on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or place an order.

2. Account Authorization

You confirm that you are authorized to establish an account on behalf of your business and that the information you provide is accurate. LB Contract Supply ("LB," "we," "us") may verify account details, including account numbers and pricing-tier eligibility, before activating account billing privileges. New customers are assigned a default pricing tier and remain unverified until LB approves the account.

3. Custom Products & Measurements

Many products offered through the Store are manufactured to your selected specifications and are custom-made to order. You are responsible for verifying all measurements and product specifications before ordering, including widths, heights, mounting options, colors, and quantities, unless professional measurement services are separately contracted with LB. Products manufactured correctly to your submitted specifications are non-returnable due to measurement or selection errors.

4. Cancellation & Returns

Custom orders that have entered production may not be canceled. Products manufactured correctly to your specifications are final sale and are not returnable. LB will assist with verified manufacturing defects, nonconforming products, and shipping concerns as described in Section 7.

5. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is calculated server-side based on your verified pricing tier, product specifications, quantities, and applicable freight. Authorized payment is required to confirm an order. Customers with an approved LB account may, where eligible, elect to bill an order to their account ("Charge to My LB Account") and remain responsible for payment according to their approved account terms. Unauthorized or ineligible use of account billing is prohibited. LB reserves the right to verify account eligibility at any time.

6. Shipping, Freight & Returns

Shipping is available within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories are not supported through the online Store. Products exceeding 84 inches in width require an approved freight quotation; such orders are held as quote-pending until LB reviews and approves the applicable freight, after which the final total is confirmed and the order may proceed. Custom orders that have entered production may not be canceled. Products manufactured correctly to your specifications are final sale and are not returnable.

7. Warranty, Claims & Shipping Damage

LB stands behind its products and will assist with verified manufacturing defects, nonconforming products, and shipping concerns. Please inspect shipments promptly upon delivery. Visible shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims outside this window may be declined. Installation services are not included in online product pricing unless expressly included in an order.

8. Electronic Acceptance

Your acknowledgment of this Agreement at account creation and your order confirmation at checkout constitute your electronic acceptance of these terms, which has the same legal effect as a written signature. LB records acceptance server-side, including the agreement version and timestamp.

9. General

LB may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by a new agreement version and, where appropriate, renewed acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Lighting Brokers LLC, d/b/a LB Contract Supply. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
